OT prayers needed

I just heard from my dad that my nephew is in the hospital. He fell off a 30' cliff and did a mess of damage to his back. He had surgery yesterday and I sure hope he will heal well. He is young (26) and healthy but he can sure use your thoughts and prayers. His wife and mama are probably in pretty worrisome state too. He was on vacation in Seattle I guess. TIA, Taria

I just heard my nephew was released from the hospital and is headed home. His prognosis is good and I just pray the pain not going to be short lived. He has a paramedic friend that is going to help out at his house with him for a bit. I think there might have been a guardian angel watching over him. Thanks to all of you for sending out good thoughts his way. Having you good folks out there to reach out to is a real blessing. I really appreciate you all. Hugs, Taria

Good news, Taria! I too hope that the pain will be very short-lived, but how lucky that he has that friend to help him just now. :)

So relieved your nephew is now recuperating at home, Taria. That is definitely a step in the right direction! Sounds like he will have good help during his convalescence. Can't ask for much better than a paramedic.
