Even though I didn't get to the Swarm I am now going to San Jose. My son just called and he was hit (guy made an illegal left turn) while on his brand new motorcycle. Left leg is broken pretty badly and left arm. No head injuries and no spinal injuries that we know about at this time. I'm going to try and fly off on Sunday and stay a few days at his house (he has an empty bed!). His girlfriend (didn't know about her :) ) has offered to pick me up at the airport and even offered to pay the plane fare! He told me that I didn't need to come but she called back and said she thought that he needed his mom near for a few days.
