self explanatory on the link. autumn up north means fresh pumpkin season. just looked yummy. nayy, j.

Wowzer. I have been known to bribe with bread. This one sounds lethal. Wonder about that pumpkin puree. Can I buy that in a can or am I going to have to be 'pioneer woman' and do it the hard way? Polly

Polly, i'm sure canned is ok to use. we only use fresh here as they dont sell it canned. so its in season or not at all. luckily we have a pretty long season here as the pumpkin is a staple vegetable here. there are summer and winter varietys but we cook'em much the same way regardless. we dont have butterscotch chips so will find a recipe and make my own or find a substitute. j.

It's almost the same as my pumpkin bread recipe but mine calls for raisins rather than the b'scotch chips. Pumpkin bread is yummy any way you make it!
