I'm sorry Jeanne. It must be frustrating to not see all the different things that are posted here. Is a fast connection speed not available or not wanted? Not that it's really any of my business come to think of it. :-)

Kathyl, the 'fast' speed broadband here is still, imo, not fast enough or reliable enough to warrant paying twice+ what i pay for my slow dial up now. we have one main telephone company, they own all the telephone lines in my part of town at the moment and they sell bandwidth to the smaller isps for the most part. its only just recently they've had to start selling the bandwidth so the other isps can compete on the price of service. its ludicrous. off to eat lunch now, jeanne
