OT: VOL 9 of the RCTQ directory is now completed! NO MORE ENTRIES

No, I've never developed a taste for iced coffee. I have learned to like it lukewarm, tho, cuz I never get a chance to drink it hot around here! But only if it's black.

i read somewhere that it takes 1000, yes one K, calories each day just to make the milk. now i'm sure you're not eating enough to make milk and cover your own needs. just think how quickly you'll have your girlish figure back again. :) enjoy the good times. i loved breastfeeding, the best time of all. by a couple of months old i could feed in public while walking (we had no car then, so i was walking a lot) and no one could tell what was going on, lol. now all ya need is someone else to do the laundry, cooking, vacumning, dishes, etc etc etc.

dont forget (in case no one warned ya) they go thru 6 and 12 week growth spurts, or thereabouts, when it can take a couple/three days for the supply to catch up with the demand, so hang in there. it'll feel like you never put them away for a second over those few days. i found a nice cool glass of light beer in the arvo sure helped me. makes nice milk (all those B vitamins, lol) and is a great calmer-downer if you're feeling a wee bit stressed at that hour with dinner approaching and you're still trying to fit in a shower sometime. then theres the best time of all when you play 'pass the baby' as daddy walks in the door from work, hee hee. hell we were waiting half way up the front walk for him each evening, calling out 'wheres my papa!!!' i'm sure the neighbours thought i was a major 'toon'. somethings never change, i'm still a major 'toon'. :D dont forget lots of pix for us to drool over online, eh. jeanne*

Wouldn't putting Mommy Squishies and Daddy Squishies together usually result in um.......a quilt?

I worn a pair of my pre-pregnant jeans last night, so my figure is coming back fairly quickly (still have a little bit of belly, which should disappaer after a few weeks dancing when I get back to it!)

Laundry I can manage, some cooking I can manage. Dishes and vacuuming need help...

Yhanks for the warning, sometimes it feels like that now!

Unfortunately I don't drink beer, for myB group Vitamins I'll eat Vegemite. The only forms of alcohol I drink are a few select wines (red or white) and some of the more expensive spirits and stuff like Baileys

DH works mostly from home, already play pass the baby!

Pics on-line requires DH to update the website, so it's when he gets a roundtuit!

Not necessarily...just a lot of baby squishies waiting to become a quilt. I like the idea of squishies multiplying!

I once thought the same. Then came along 2 small children both under 3 and single parenthood. I think it wasn't until both were in school full time I drank hot tea and coffee again. Fast forward 9 years and I am on the lukewarm again with having baby Luke and this time I have a daddy to help to ;o)

It is to late for you and my broom stick as you know well... But we have to keep those boy and girl squishies close but not to close. Every time I pick up my broom stick now I think it is laughing at me and I just remind it that their is more to a broom stick than just sweeping up scraps. You can't get away from me that easy... I'll leave the broom stick for you in my will. Now get out that lemonade! Give me some time and I will cut up some little boys and little girl (I mean squishies that is). heheheehe. juliasb
