Pillow to WUH & sleeve question

Bad form - replying to myself, I know. But something strange happened along the way with the "pillow" referenced below. I'm busily piecing the strips around the center, which is rectangular, gradually increasing the vertical dimension by using wider crosswise strips than vertical ones, and all of a sudden the darn thing tells me "I don't want to be a pillow. I'm supposed to be a wall hanging." Dang! Who could have guessed. Anyway, now it's a WUH, all put together & quilted and will get binding tonite. (someone remind me that I do *not* like fusible batting, even for a WUH!) Now for the question. I usually put "tabs" on wall quilts, but this one (of course) wants something different. It wants a sleeve, and I have no idea how to do one. Does someone have some directions for this task? Thanks in advance,

Thank you, Pat. That does look easy. But hand sewing?! Oh well, I do know how, it's just not my fav thing.
