Question about HP quilt label maker

I just got mine today. My question is .....Can you make just one small label? There is a templete for four smaller labels, but I only need one at a time.

TIA Jo Ann

I don't know the answer to that. I have that program and found it more irritating than helpful. Hope you find what you need.

Go to help, and you can probably find your answer. When I am just doing one, I usually use the storybook template. I usually do four at a time - one that I want for that project, and then 3 other generic ones that can be used for just about anything. I usually import my own photos or clip art. I am one of the few people that really like the software.

I'm another who likes this software! :) When I want to do just one label, I generally use the blank templates at the bottom of the list. I put whatever I want onto the label, then grab the resizing "handles" and make it the size I want. Once I've printed, I save the rest of my sheet of fabric for another use. HTH

Maybe that's what I need to appreciate the program more. Helpful hints. I'll keep reading and try to remember I have it next time I need a label. Thanks!

KJ, I agree with you. I can make better labels using my MS Publisher program than I could with the HP program. I fooled around with it a little bit, decided I didn't much like it and when I had to have my hard drive reformatted never even bothered to reinstall it. Haven't missed it one bit!

I looked at this program and decided to stick with making labels in WORD!

Alas if there is I haven't been able to find out how to do it. I found it easier making 3 generic labels and "the one" I wanted.

I generally just resize the label on the one label per sheet setup by dragging the corners of the box. HTH.
