quilt shows and such

This is just a thought for all you people going to shows. I was told about this years and years ago when I used to go to big shows and exhibits and it works like a charm. Take some of your of your return address labels with you. When you are signing up for all those drawings and mailing lists it is just so much easier and faster to slap an address label on the sheet than to keep writing down all your info. It's also clearly legible, won't smudge and you don't have to look for the 'it was here a minute ago' pen. Trust me, you'll have a half dozen people at each sign up sheet marvel at how clever you were to think of such a thing. I give you all permission to take full credit for this stroke of brilliance. ;)

Excellent advice. In fact, there is a LQS here that rents a bus to take up to 45 participants on a shop hop in April. They take care of everything, including printing self-stick labels for all of us to use for door prize drawings, etc. VERY convenient and we don't even need to remember to bring the labels ourselves :-)
