maybe both parts of the brain - the right answer is always fixed, you just have to find the right place for each piece - which to me is an act of deduction and logic - left brain..

and then again, the shapes are not the right size when you see then, so you have to imagine where they go, what they would look like bigger, and just how much bigger will they get when you drage them? and these colors! whoa!!! definitely stretches the imagination. Would that be right-brained?
