I am newbie to quilting and loving it. We will be visiting the Washington DC area in October, specifically, Vienna, VA. Are there any interesting quilting shops to visit while my husband is busy. TIA. Patti

Patti, yes, there all a lot of quilt stores and especially G-Street Fabrics. There are four different stores of G-Street Fabrics. There is also "The Quilt Patch" on rt. 234 iin Fairfax , VA. E-mail me when it's closer to the time you come & I'll tell you more.

My favorites in that area are G-Street (in Chantilly or Falls Church)and Quilt Patch in Fairfax. I'm in Manassas, which is a bit west of where you will be. Let me know when you are in town and we can get together!
