So long as you are being gentle and sensible, and not wielding a huge heavy King sized effort!


Oh, and try to keep your feet up.


I wouldn't machine-quilt after amnio (or do anything else that requires a sitting-up or hunched-over position). Hand quilting while reclining would probably be okay.
