Re: Rehoming a quilt alias A new Beginning

How splendid of you, Sharon! And I am sure the new owners will love that quilt, too!

Yup DH told me more today. Said that his boss was openly crying (he gave him the gift when he picked him up rather than in front of a crowd) when he learned the story and read the label. I'm also glad that DH made it very clear the quilt was to be used and used well.

I'm really glad it went to a home where it will be loved and appreciated. One day I hope to be able to meet the little princess who now owns it.

I missed this on the first go around, it must of been in the 600 plus messages that I ran through last night. This really touched my heart and it is what caring people do. I do not think I have ever run into a more caring group than this one. Everyone seems to do so much for others. I just want to say I hope the best for all in the days ahead. Jacqueline in KY

You are so right Jacqueline, this group is a wonderful, loving, caring group and I for one, love them to pieces. They have helped keep me sane and normal (whatever that is!!) many times, and their love and support, it has no boundaries.
