I have to thank you, Alice, for recommending Sauders down in Pa ... we found it without any problem at all - thanks to your instructions. I couldn't believe it when we drove up and I saw this little bungalow, thinking there's no way there's much here. Boy was I ever surprised when I walked down those steps!!! Believe me, I managed to drop a few dollars there. :-)) What a great place!

Glad you enjoyed it! They do pack a lot it there, and when they have their "truckload" sales, they open up the upstairs and add a tractor-trailer full of fabric! Did you buy some edible goodies while you were there? My son loves the gummi candies, and I love the peanut butter filled pretzels! Thanks for supporting our local economy!
PS They do sell online .... if you google Z & S Fabrics. The prices aren't as good as in the store, but they're still reasonable.
Wow - I'd be like a kid in a candy shop when they did the truckload sales. Well I was like a kid anyway - I could've done a lot more damage there, but thought I'd like to have a drive home. :-)) Yes, we bought some goodies for snacks in the car - they didn't last long either. And buttons - I love buttons. It was mesmerizing to be surrounded by so much beautiful fabric. I have a dear elderly friend who still makes lovely quilts, but because of health problems, can't travel very far - I was telling her about the shop and she was just drooling. Wish I could take her there.
