Tornedo worries

Is anyone from here in the dangerous tornado areas tonight? I know Jan, Cindy and Leslie were in a bad spot last night. I just hope everyone is safe and sound. Taria

Me too... The news was not good this morning. My heart goes out to the families that lost children, especially.

We were on a tornado watch here last night until 5 am, but didn't even get any rain. The NOAA radio went off twice though, to warn of the extension of the watch, and for a severe thunderstorm warning for the county north of us... I may have to narrow the settings to our county alone if it's going to

*DEEDLEDEEDLEDEEDLE* every night. Once we get into our regular summer thunderstorm schedule, I'll never get any sleep....;-)

Oh Debi! I know just what you mean.... ours went off at 1:30 am to extend the tornado watch.... I just laughed... I assume we are under a watch from March 1st until the end of June, no need to wake me up to remind me :-)) I am thankful that we are safe. And my prayers go out for all those that weren't. My heart just broke when I heard about the school in Alabama. Same system that rolled thru here, but here it hit mostly rural so not as many casualties.

OK here in Central Florida although the high winds flipped over a couple motorhomes that were on a Sales lot about 10 miles away. Barbara in Central Florida Land of the Killer Tornadoes
