TrueCut Sharpener?

Is anyone familiar with how well the Grace Company's TrueCut Sharpener works? It is the last item on the bottom of the following website ...

From the picture it looks like it has an angled abrasive surface within the groove that the rotary blade is placed that is set at the proper angle to sharpen the blade. The same sort of idea is used for sharpening knives, so it would surely work for a rotary cutter blade.

It does say that it has a "High quality sharpening stone", While it is a bit pricey, I like the idea of being able to sharpen a blade without removing it from the rotary cutter. I might suggest it to my DH for a Valentine Day/Wedding anniversary present, but I was wondering whether anyone else had experience with it. Bev in TX

Looks very handy, and probably better than the only other sharpener I've seen, which is the sandpaper one...
