Yep, enjoying fabric fondling is indeed a good sign. Another good sign was when I felt like reading the ng, and when I began to occasionally have a mental response, I knew it was time to give it the ole college try once again!

Anything you can do? Well, perhaps this isn't what you meant, but - there is someone we all know and love who needs a Hug quilt. If you feel you are interested or are able to do one, email me.

Yes, I think the students missed me at first, but Cindy is a very enthusiastic and fun teacher. They are all experiencing a great lot of success with her and I'm very happy about that. Thanks so much for your thoughts and best wishes. And Miss Cindy is borrowing me a wheelchair, so perhaps I will see you at Paducah yet!

Thanks for the note, Sunny. I know you understand all this. You take care of yourself too. Maybe I'll see you on chat again soon.

Glad to see you back Karen. You've been missed and we'll all be happy just to know you are recovering. I've been shaking my head at the variety of serious illnesses this year, both on the ng and in my personal world. (Thankfully, not in my house). Wishing you all the best. Ahhhh...... gotta love those huggie hugs! : ) Thanks for the prayers, and back at ya. Can't remember just exactly when your surgery is coming up, but I know it's soon.

Chuckle....... methinks somebody has a good memory. It's true, and then you add in all the non-traumatic events and activities. No, it's no surprise to me at all. And yes, I certainly do feel the presence as I fondle through this stash. Much of it is from you's guys! : )

Thanks so much, Estelle. For so many people this group is a real stability in unstable times, that's for sure.

I'm countin' on it! And you're another one I want to catch on chat again soon. I can chat for about five minutes before I'm too worn out and have to quit. But we'll take what we can get, eh?

"Just do what feels good". Wow, I've been waiting a long time for someone to give me permission to do just that. Thanks, Sherry!

Karen,

I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a rough time. I hope the sun comes shining back on your life very soon. Hugs and prayers for a full recovery.

Karen I'm so glad to hear that you can at least rootle. Our health is something we generally take for granted until we lose a part or all of it. I know, I'm going through some issues myself. Just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and I'm sending mega hugs your way along with those prayers and good thoughts.

Hugs, Mika

It's true, the illnesses and the weather have both been very strange this year. Glad you and yours are doing well! Good to hear from you, Marilyn.
