Very OT: Virtual puppy

Sent by a friend, who knows I love dogs but cannot have one here.

I have no idea how they do this: Click on site and TYPE IN a command and see what happens... sit, roll over, down, stand, sing, dance, shake, fetch, play dead etc. and...it's also very cute if you type in a command that's not recognized...!!

Make sure you type in 'Kiss' too, but do it last.

One our neighbors had an ESS. The poor thing had such a time with ear infections. So my impression of ESSs is a nasty smell when they shake their heads! They took good care of him; vet and groomer visits, medications....he just was prone to the infections due to those long ears. Plus he used to spin his food bowl until it went all over the kitchen floor...then he would eat. He wasn't my favorite dog........

Howdy!

We stopped the "icky ear" syndrome by taking away all beef-related products. And all those rawhide bones from beef: NO! Stan doesn't miss them. Any dog will be a goof if the people don't train him/her. Best thing about Springers is their joie de vie. Even their souls spring. ;-)

Beef related products....interesting!!! I know that information is too late for this dog....I'm sure he's been at the Rainbow bridge for many years...he was starting to punch his ticket when I knew him. Yes, I do think they "spring". Come to think of it, I believe we had another neighbor with one.....and he could have had his own sound track...."boiiiiing!" Before our neighborhood was totally built up, this dog would love to bound in the unmown lots! The underground electric fence couldn't keep him in the yard....."boiiiinnnggg". The dog catcher used to cruise our street regularly....just to catch Buddy out and about. He did love to run!
