I have been trying to sign onto their newsletter, so I can receive the links to the BOM, but so far, no success. Help......

I've tried multiple times, using different email address, and I put their address in my address book as well, but so far - no luck!
maybe new subs to the newsletter have to be sent manually rather than it happening automatically. they might be out of town, way to busy now or dealing with some family emergency. its the only thot i came up with as to why its not arriving soon after reg'n.
