ABC Album

I did one for my grand daughter and since her name is Ashley...of course that was my A with a picture of her and some other A things (apple) which I pp and I made them all easy for her to read. I used a 7 x7 CM album and she was so pleased with it,she took it to school ( she is a first grader....ooopps. now a second grader ) and showed it to the class and all of her teachers. She read it to them and the teacher was impressed. With her reading,that is. lol It was fun and a chance to see how creative you can be with a Y . I had a pic of Ash with a 'barff look" on her face and did Yuk ! then Yak and yellow.. I think you will enjoy doing it. I know Barb did an ABC book for Emilee . HTH Hugs,

Oh wow. Thanks Sabrina :) Yeah coming up with some of those letter is hard but I'm trying LOL :) One of the things for U I'm going to put a picture of Abby's Ultrasound in there :)

I've done one for each of my kids. I used the CM 8 1/2 x 11 album and very little decorating. I included pictures of our family members, friends, and other appropriate shots for each letter. I also included any die cuts and stickers for things that I didn't have pictures of. I wrote what each picture or sticker was below it. At the end I took stickers and did 1/2 page each for their numbers 1-10. I included the numeral and the number word for each.

Some of the harder ones: I- In, picture of her in a box; Icing, birthday picture with the cake Q- quilts, pictures of them on various quilts that we have U- Up, under, X- Xtra special people, pictures of our family and friends Y- Yell, her crying; Yucky, with food on her face

I loved doing these books. I didn't take any pictures specifically for this book, I just searched through what I had and made it work. My kids have also taken these books to school and church to share. We look at them often. Please let me know if you get stuck on any particular letter and I will try to help you out.

Ultra sound is great! I think I did unicorn and umbrella. I put a picture of me under N is for Nana. She loved it. Hugs,

I did one for Parker. i still have about 3 spreads to do, but don't have pictures for them yet. I'll try to upload it to webshots today so you can take a look at it.
