Christmas cards are ready, but...

Ahhh Mel ... what a sweety you are to keep plugging along on your Christmas cards. Although I think being a crafter we are possessed and can't help ourselves. Sitting around is never an option. We'd loose our minds. I've gotten cards after the 25th in past years and I never think badly. I'm always grateful for the holiday wishes. So, don't worry your pretty head... your beautiful cards will be appreciate by your recipients no matter when the show up.

Yep, you are truly one of "those"! dedicated and stubborn to the cause LOL!

I think that anyone in this group would do that, but what about having your dh or young'n put the addresses on for you? Oh, rats common sense overode me, you being a woman, you would OWE for that favor!!

Anyhow it is the thought that counts and the way things are going for me right now, my cards have not even gotten started yet!

I'll second that lovely thought Lynne.

Type them out on the computer and print them out on sticky labels... people will forgive the lack of handwriting given that you don't have a hand available to do it with right now!

I thought about that, Dave, since my DH has been a great help around the house. And he was sort of willing at first, but turned kind of pale when I told him how many cards I wanted to send. So I think his direct contribution will probably be limited to "can we send this one to my mother?" The bandages came off today, and while I'm still sore, at least now I can wrap the hand around a pen. So I'm hoping to have everything in the mail by the end of the weekend. Now I'm starting to get these new ideas for cards...
