Thanks for asking!
Well my friend ML showed up as did 6 other ladies that I had never met before, but who had joined my meet-up group via the meet-up website. They were all so nice and considerate! We looked at each other's albums, sat and talked and they did a little shopping. They wanted to see the LifeTimez software so I showed them how it worked. We never did get to make a card, we ran out of time, but they had such a great time that they decided they wanted to meet at least twice a month and they didn't want to wait too long, so our next crop is on October 2nd!
They really were a nice bunch of ladies and we had a wonderful time! I'm expecting more for the next one, we're going to have fun and work on our pages. I have to do something about the lighting in the living room/dinning room so we can accommodate everyone. I do have a deal with a local restaurant to go there if/when we get bigger, but then it would become a big job for me to get everything over there for the group to use and have handy.
It was honestly a lot of fun. We even had cake and sang happy birthday to Rick, who did a good job of being social with all the ladies!
Sounds like you had fun M-C.

Tell Rick Happy Birthday from us RCS ladies!
Sounds like you had a wonderful time. Glad you are going to meet up again soon. For the dining room lighting I move one of my floor lamps in the area where there is low light. The floor lamp seems to do the trick.

Sounds like it was a success! Yay! I know you'll have fun scrappnig with others again. Sounds like they're excited to be able to scrap with you, too!
Sounds like you had a great time. It's such fun to have people to scrap with. I love my meet up group.
YEAH!!! I knew it had to go well, you are such a great hostess! Wish I could have been there, but what a long commute.... : ( I hope to one day (maybe this time next year) have crops at my house.....we'll see.
So glad it was great!
My biggest failing as a hostess is that I always forget to drink and therefore to offer people something to drink. I solved that problem by putting the bottles out and letting them know where the ice was! But seriously I was really lucky that everyone was so nice!
M-C sounds like everyone had a fabulous time at your crop! :-) Linda
