FedEx again.......

I have been awaiting the Hannah Montana and Spongebob cartridges. I checked the tracking today and as usual my package is on its way back to JK Crafts. I don't know what the problem with Fed Ex is, I have never had a problem with UPS and once I had a slight problem with DHL but they fixed it right away. Fed Ex sucks.

Yup, there is a problem 90% of the time with Fed Ex. Now I am going to have pay shipping again and hope it makes it here the next time.

Why do you have to pay shipping for a FedEx mistake?! They should pay for it, or give it to you free! Don't they have some kind of guarantee about getting stuff to people on time and to the right place?

The FedEx delivery folks here screech to a stop in the van, run to the door with the package, ring the bell, count to 3, slap a delivery-was-attempted notice on the door, then run back to the van, jump in, and screech off. It is impossible for me (I'm mobility-impaired) to get to the door in time to accept delivery. I have seen the van pulling away from my house -- and when I called Fed Ex they sent the delivery person back in an hour or so.

Now when I am forced to use them I leave a signed note on the door that instructs them to leave the package on the front porch. I don't even try to get to the door.

This is poor customer service.

I think they should absorb the shipping costs..that IS terrible customer service!!

------------ I am paying to have it shipped through UPS because I can't take the chance that the same thing will happen. What sucks is I need those Cricut tags now.
