First card made is Sizzlits

Got a Creative Express email with an example of a card made using the Sizzlit Bounce alphabet. I had to make a card for a friend and I thought, "I have that alphabet!" So, my first project using my new Sizzlits. I'm just loving it. There was a learning curve as I didn't know all the alphabets were in reverse. LOL. Had to redo a few as the texture of the paper was on the wrong side. If the above link doesn't work it is in my "cards" album ... first card on my webshots link below.

Love the alphabet set - when I got home last night from the crop I saw where someone had listed that set on cheapcycle for $20 yesterday afternoon - then a few e-mails later where it had been taken....bummer! Love the colors of your card. Those are the same colors I was using last night while I worked on my 5.5x8.5 album of my scrappin cabin trip last year. I was using paper from DCWV Pocket full of Posies Stack along with purple and lime green. I'm going to have to scraplify your card to use up some of the scrap. This was my first time scrapping after the roof disaster. Both DD and I were struggling as we kept looking for the scrap box for pieces of paper and cardstock. I'm sure it won't take long to get a new one started. Thanks for sharing your card, Sandy

Simple and sweet. Very nice.

Wish I could get one of those Sizzlit alphabets--we just got a new mini-van and there's another expense coming up soon (DH going to India for the first time in 10 years) so money's a little tight right now. I know a lot of that stuff is on sale though--hope to pick up something on ebay in the future!

That was my thoughts "I have the Bounce Alphabet and I haven't used it." So, make yourself a card and have on hand. I didn't think the Sizzlit alphabets would be small enough to put on a card, so it didn't even occur to me to use it for that purpose.
