First LO of the new year

Great job. The journaling makes the LO. MY DD is due in three weeks so I can sympathize with your journaling. We talk every day on the phone. She hates me taking pics of her right now, but does give in. I need to scraplift your LO to add to her album. I worked on her pregnancy pages last night at the crop. After she picks the photos to put on the pages I'll scan them. Sandy

LOL Sandy! When I first started reading your post I thought you ment you were having a daughter, then as I read further I thought you were nuts!!(How can this woman believe the baby can hear her on the phone!!??) DUH! I think I need a nap!!:>)

That LO is sweet Lynne. Sadly, I have no pics of me pregnant with either of my dd's. Not sure why, just didn't think about it I guess.

I only have these 2. I think I have pictures of me at my baby shower for my son and that's it for him too. These 2 pictures were precious to find. I don't even remember my picture being taken. I think a girlfriend took them when she hadn't seen me in 2 weeks and said that was QUITE a bit bigger in 2 short weeks.

Congrats on your first LO for the year, Lynne! And what a great start! I love the curves of the heading, following that of your tummy! :)))) I enjoyed reading your journaling - I wish I could do propper journaling like that! Loved the patterned paper you used aswell. Did you use paint or chalk for your heading? I've bought MM paints about six months agoo, and as of yet, still have to open it! TFS

Good for you Lynne! I wasn't into scrapping while I was pregnant, so I really don't have pictures. (good....I hate pictures of me anyways! LOL) How much more to do before the baby albums are done? :-)

HA! You caught on to the curves of my tummy title. Very good. The heading was done with a white stamp pad. I bought myself some large foam letter stamps to use for headings and my MM paints. I keep forgetting I have them. Duh! I did the number 8 and realized the large letters for months wasn't going to fit and then used the smaller letters.

Hey let's make a pact to use our MM paints... this year! :)
