In 2 weeks Dh and I are going to CT for our nephew's and niece's birthday party (the one that I had a heck of a time making a card for) for the weekend. My sister in law wants to get into scrapbooking and cardmaking and what better person then me to get her hooked. So the morning before the party we are going to go to New England Scrapbook Co. I am so excited and can't wait!!!

I just love getting someone new 'hooked' on scrapbooking. It's so fun to help them shop and get started. I think it helps my creative juices flow as well to look at things from someone else's perspective.

New England Scrapbook is my "home store"! I was just there on Friday. I live about 15 minutes away. You'll love it. Lynne and Sue (the owners, they are sisters) are great, along with all of their staff. Do yourself a favor and look through the upcoming classes book. Their instructors are so incredibly talented. You and your sister should really do their midnighter Fridays, 6-12) or NQM (Saturdays, not quite midnighter, 4-10pm) crops if you have time. They have a pretty large crop room.
What town will you be staying in? I can suggest a second LSS depending on where you will be.

That sounds like a fun trip Chrissy, time with your family and time scrapping and shopping. You'll have to introduce your sister in law to the group so we can enable her new scrapping habit too.
