IRENE is here...Hi everyone.

Hi everyone, I made it through.... We just got power back. Boy is that hard to live without. The first thing I did was bring up my computer. I have missed you all so much. Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. We really had some terrible winds. Our house made it just fine. Three trees down on the roof. Total of 12 trees down all together. Ten was oak trees and 2 cedars. Carport shredded and car may be totalled out. Its in the shop for now wait for the adjuster. But we are doing good. I am happy and my little depression before all this has lifted. That is another heart felt thank you going out to CC and all those who said a little prayer for me.

CC I will write you a personal note later tonight.

Love to all of my internet friends and prayers to all that have been hit with by the four terrible hurricanes that have hit florida. Hugs Irene

Hi Amy, Thanks for your thoughts. ELECTRIC POWER. What beautiful words. I love it. It was the hardest thing to live without it. We had a generator but we had to save the gas til night so I could have a fan. And that was when we recharged our refrig. I hope I never have to go through that again. Hugs Irene

Irene, So glad you are getting power back. My DD just lost theirs with Jeanne and had some trees down on one of their properties. This has been a stressful hurricane season for all and hope it comes to an end soon. Glad you all are okay.
