Hello RJ,

Your watercolour picture is so good! I always think that watercolour is such a difficult thing to do so but you did a great job.

Hello Lynne,

I use watercolour pencils quite often for colouring in small areas such as cards (stamps, outline stickers etc.). They are very easy and quick to use and are one of my favourite arty/crafty "tool" for me! They are like regular pencils but then you take a small brush with water and spread it over the coloured-in area. It then looks as if you have painted the area but the effect is easier and quicker to achieve. You can also blend colours easily like this.

I used them here, at the bottom of the page (I hope you can see it):

RJ, you are so critical of yourself! I think it is great! (It is as the ole saying goes - We are our own worst critic!)

I ave to say I have learned something wonderful from this tread. I have seen those watercolor pencils but thought they were something like chalk ones, kinda lackluster, Well I may have to get some to add to y collection too!!

(cotton picking enablers in here!)
