My paper haul..and more

I'm no longer a part-time paper floozy. DH set me up! LOL He got me 15 paper packs. Yes, that's 15, one of them being that enormous Inspirations pack at HL I was drooling over. Two of those are cardstock packs, 3 of them are mini-album sets. We've added it up, a total of 1446 sheets of paper/cardstock. Yep, I'm a floozy. LOL The Inspirations pack is just gorgeous! I don't know if Hobby Lobby is still carrying it, but if they are, you just have to go get you one.

Then he also got me the big Fastenator. (I had the little one already.) Plus 5 more sets of staples for it. Another package of refill blades for my paper cutter, a handheld Fiskars rotary cutter, and a Fiskars scissors sharpener. Woohoo! Good hubby. :-)

My sister sent me a set of books from Memories of Lifetime. They're clipart-like books, but with color. Each book comes with a copyright-free CD with images you can print. They're really pretty graphics, too!

So now I get to figure out where I'm going to put all this new paper and cardstock....oh boy. LOL But, Kenda did give me 4 Cropper Hopper vertical storage things, which will put a dent in the paper.

No need to worry about my DH not super spoiling me!! He gave me a 19" flat computer monitor! I've wanted a new monitor for several years but have always opted for a camera still & video. I love it, and my DS #1 loves it as he got my old monitor and it was better than the one he had.

Deb, can I come over and fondle your paper???? So glad that you got loads of paper! Sounds as if DH really set you up with all kinds of goodies!

Dave what's with the "ducking from the trown empty boxes filled with cookies"? Is that a hint you want some cookies thrown your way??? LOL

Come on over and fondle my paper anytime you want, Kenda! It's all sorted and put away. :-) Now to make me some scrappin' time. LOL

heehee, now that the kids are back in school you should be able to do some serious scrappin'! I will have to set some time aside for "me" starting the first of the week. that's when I start "light" duty. I will have to go in everyday at 8am (driving through rush hour traffic through 3 areas of construction) and off @4:30 just to go get the kids from ROTC practice then home (in rush hour traffic and 3 areas of construction). Then make dinner, laundry, house work....sheeesh I don't know how I survived when I worked a "normal" work week! I will be tied to a desk @ work because the dr.'s office has locked down my limitations to basically sitting @ a desk. (no walking, kneeling, twisting, ladder climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, squatting; no standing more than 30 min every 4 hours, no driving except to work/PT.) DH will do the cooking/cleaning/laundry on the days he's off work so that will help. I will take an hour or so to myself in the evenings and do a little something creative. Now to find the time to come and fondle your new stash!

Having the kids in school does give me the day to myself, but now I'm sick. I survived the holidays without getting sick, so I gues I can't complain too much. Right now, it's a cold, and if I can keep it out of my chest, I"ll be ok. Just tell that to my asthma. LOL Had to use my inhaler this morning 'cause I was wheezing, and now I'm all jittery and stuff. And I'm drinking covvee??? LOL hehehehehe

You know, you wouldn't have to drive through 3 sections of construction if you didn't live outside of LR. *ducks the flying boot*

Here's hoping you don't get this stuff in your chest! and lay off the coffee if youre jittery!! LOL

I know, I know, I'd only have to drive through 1 section of construction if I lived in LR!
