new to the group

Hi all! I've been reading posts for just over a week. I'm really enjoying the group. You all seem so talented. My pages seem so boring compared to what you've shared. I guess I've got to get caught up on my three kids albums so I can start being creative.



We live in Maine, I'm originally from Colorado. I work at my kids elementary school, and go to college full time. I scrap during the summer ;-)



I know there are a few catalogs out there that I can order from, would any of you mind sharing your favorite (web addresses) with me so I can order the free catalogs? Thanks.

I don't do any online shopping for my scrapping supplies, so I can't offer advice there. However there are lots of people here who do and may be able to help.

Welcome to the group Janet! I'm Susan, SAHM to two boys and an angel. We are an Air Force family living in VA but DH and I call Ohio home, while our oldest says CA is his. (he was born and lived there all of FOUR weeks... He's developing a TX sized attitude about CA LOL)

I've been scrapping seriously for about 5 years. But am way behind in stuff. I get excited, buy stuff and then it sits. Once school starts back up, I should have more time to do scrapping. For now, it's been cross stitching and kids stuff.

Enjoy the group! They're a wonderful group. :)

I'm new to the group myself and I received a very warm welcome. Welcome Janet - I hope these extremely talented women are as big an inspiration to you as they are to me! :-) Lauren in MA P.S. My dad and step-mom live in Dresden Mills, and when we visit I always HAVE to spend a day in Boothbay Harbor - it's my favorite place in the world (so far!) - where in Maine do you hail from? :-)

Norway- not many scrapbookers here as far as I've been able to find. I have to drive an hour to go to Michaels, or about 35 minutes to Craft Mania. Other than that the closest thing to any scrapbook materials is wal-mart ;-(

Hi Janet! My favorite online store is Creative Xpress. They send a free catalog with your order. They also have one rate shipping ,very reasonable. I always order by phone now and they are all a really nice bunch of people. Good service and I have never been disappointed. Welcome again.
