A little update from Lurks-ville...
Today is my 1st anniversary post-gastric bypass and I am down 175#. Yeah me...but I still have a 100 to go. Get to work, me!
My divorce will get signed as final on Thursday. YEAH, again!
Onward and upward to a new life!

Way to go Kate! I know it's hard. I'm having a hard time staying on track too.
Two years ago I worked for a practice that did about 10 a week. We also lost at least one a month for the few months that I was there.
