everybody cross your fingers that DH leaves tomorrow. he was supposed to be back to work on the 3rd. but all this stupid weather froze them out. hopefully, he goes back tomorrow. his phone has been ringing off the hook all morning and everytime i think it's his boss saying, "not this week, let's shoot for next week." i really need him to go back to work. i have kids to get back on their schedule, and messes to make!!!!

Any reason why you can't make a mess with hubby home?
Your husband is going to be away for a few months and you want to play with paper? Oy.... At any rate perhaps since he is gone so long maybe you can make some space in the office to scrap and then you won't have to worry about the dining room table. Maybe one of those tables from IKEA that fold flat against the wall when not in use?
i know it sounds funny. actually i want to play with my cricut. i do this all the time. i distance myself from him about the last day or so before he leaves. i have issues. i thought about putting a table in there, but it's kinda a small room and he has his corner desk, a long table with another computer on it, and a huge cabinet with doors on it.
