Well Deb the sweetie did all the driving home. We decided to go back a different way, via Kentucky and called to see if we could meet up with Sabrina. Unfortunately, she had just come home from a Doctors appointment and had been told to go to bed and rest. We did talk for a while on the phone and we did go by the Chocolate Scrapbook store. It would have been fun to look, but it is closed on Mondays, gosh darn it!
I had such a great time meeting everyone at the Barn. Now more than ever I feel blessed to have stumbled on RCS those many months ago. Craig made the Barn a wonderful place to eat, but without you ladies and Dave, it wouldn't have been the weekend it was.
I hope that we can do it again both at the Barn (I did reserve the Barn for next year though one week earlier) and for those who want a break from the cold in Florida sometime between now and Feb or March.
One more thing...for those of you going to the Barn next year, you will get the third night FREE. Craig gave me some gift certificates, which Deb has kindly offered to mail to you, for the 12 of us who were there this time, and he said that any other RCS members that came the same weekend as the group would also be extended the sleep two, get one night free gift. That is a $75 gift to each of us who either decide to stay a Thursday or a Monday. (have to have at least 5 each night for them to open the Barn)
Anyhow, Deb came over this morning and we started work packing up the rest of the craft room. Thanks to all of you at the Barn who managed to make our packing up so much lighter!!
