OT: My Dad's in the Hospital need some prayers for all!!

Lots of healing thoughts for you, too. I was miserable with carpal tunnel in (thankfully only) one wrist several years ago. If flares up just often enough to remind me to quit doing the wrong things that aggravate it.

my heart goes out to you and your dad i will be praying for him and as well the family..we have something in common..my dad is on Hospice as well and has been given 6 months to live..he is so depressed and his conditions dont help..he has congestive heart failure and cancer and needs a new heart and lung..his kidneys are shutting down yet he keeps fighting...he has just gotten on hospice just this month so its all new to us but we know what to expect.. You have my deepest wishes cause being the caretaker of both parents is something i cant even imagine..wow i appauld you....we live out of state so hubbys sister takes care of our dad but he is still living on his own although social services thinks he shouldnt..he is a very proud and stubborn man and says he wont leave his home until he cant no longer take care of himself..they just revoked his license and he is devasted..its so hard to see him suffer and im sure you know what im talking about.. PRAYERS GOING YOUR WAY and please keep us posted... cathy in arizona

Cathy, prayers going your way to for your dad. My dad too is getting on and has some health probs - nearly 82 and I am sure he won't leave his home either if it came to that. I know what you mean about seeing them suffer. It breaks my heart, and I am on the other side of the world.

I know what you're going through, my dad had Parkinson's Syndrome and was falling alot. After my mom died he went downhill quick. I hope you have a great support system holding you up. Now is the time to ask all those questions about family history etc.. As I didn't cause I was in denial and kept putting it off. Take as many notes as you can. I pray the Lord gives you courage and stamina to deal with all the challenges you are facing. Hilda
