Hey I went to my 1st scrapbook 101 class tonight. There was 5 of us (3 of them didn't know too much about scrapbooking). I did 1 page layout (12 x 12) and was going to do the 2nd page but the time was running out so I brought it home tonight. I am glad that I went tonight. I had a great time!!!! Now I am looking forward to the next one but don't know when for sure since most of the classes are pretty full tho.

Sounds like fun. I love to take classes when I get a chance. Right now my budget is nil because I committed myself to a book club at the local LSS for $25 a month for 6 months. My second meeting is next week. We're using CK's Collections - Elements series and we get $25 worth of supplies every month to play with. I get a discount the night of the class on anything I buy in the store, which is usually another $25 or so......I just love getting together with the rest of the embers and sharing what we've done with the supplies we got. Glad to hear you had a good time Marcie. I wish the lss around here offered more than just 12x12 page kit classes. Archivers has some card making ones. One of these days I'll have to drive over there and check it out.

That sounds great Marcie! I haven't taken a class or been to a crop at an LSS in a very long time. Most of my free time for crop or classes at an LSS is already taken up with other tings. LOL
