Quickutz customer service

I have been playing with my quickutz machine and so far I really love it. I have even used it to make dies for the tag swap. But when using the present die I realized that it wasn't cutting all the way through. I took the ejection foam off and took a closer look. Some of the metal was actually missing. I wrote to scrapbookexpress.com and they told me to contact quickutz directly. I called Quickutz this morning, told them my problem, and they said that they would send me out a new die right away. I was very pleased with how easy it was. I don't have to send the old one back either. They were very nice on the phone too. Just thought I'd let you all know for future reference.

Best Regards,

Jennifer Bernstein
