Shook out of bed again

I'm beginning to wonder if this is going to become a normal thing. We were shook out of bed again this morning at around 1:40 am EST. I didn't think the walls would ever stop shaking. They are saying it's just another aftershock, but it's the 4th one I've felt since last Friday.

We didn't feel that one either. I did feel the one Friday mid-day. I wasn't for sure what it was since it was small. I figured out when I watched the news that night. I heard this morning that there still could be

3-4 more aftershocks. That so far there have been 13. It's amazing how they know these things.

Don't worry too much about it. It is not uncommon for large earthquakes to have aftershocks for days afterward and some people are more sensitive/aware than others. Before you know it they'll stop and you won't even realize when they stopped!

Take care, be well.
