Thank you all so much for your kind words and good feelings being sent out to me. I feel really stupid (you'll know why in a minute) for worrying everyone the way I did. Please accept my apology for worrying everyone. The depression is something that goes with the territory of having this damned Fibromyalgia. I overdid it yesterday and knew I was going to pay for it... but I just figured it would be physical pain... not the depression part of it.
There are so many *wonderful* (sarcasm, in case you didn't recognize it) treats that come along with Fibromyalgia. Katherine knows, seeing her husband go through it too. You have the physical aches and pains that you learn to live with, although sometimes it can be excruciating. Then there is the depression and mood swings like you wouldn't believe.... I know I'm a gemini and have a couple of personalities, but sometimes it's ridiculous how I can be laughing and having a good time and one comment from Matthew that I hear the wrong way (a slight tone in the voice or whatever) and BAM I'm either in tears with hurt feelings or yelling at him (sometimes also in tears from anger... better than swinging a bat at him, right? hehe). Then you have anxiety attacks... I got that when I was in training to work in a call centre, where I had major chest pains that scared the hell out of me and I went to the hospital twice within one week... which was why I quit that job, my health is more important (it was shortly after that when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia). There are MASSIVE headaches... I often wake up with one. There is insomnia... lack of sleep does wonders for the headaches, and of course you can't heal when you aren't getting enough good sleep. The list goes on, and on, and on.
I was feeling like this when I woke up this morning. But you know what.... I hate taking medication, and I realized after I had posted that message that I had *forgotten* to take my medication this morning... that likely had a lot to do with the depression too. *SMACKS* myself.... I
*have* to take the medicine, even if I don't like to. {{sigh}} I will be getting the medication for the physical pains on Friday when I go to the city.
Would it be okay if I come back to the group with my tail between my legs and my head hung low for bringing this all on myself, and worrying everyone?
*hugs*
