Just got my new sidekick which works, yay! And I had a question. I know you all have a lot of tips, or places to go to find info, about shortcuts, etc. This is my question.
I know that Sizzix sells the little embossing folders so the templates will cut in the sidekick--but they are $5-10 a pop! :-( I've got a basket full of regular embossing templates I'd like to use more often. Is it possible to make your own embossing folders to use the templates in the sizzix? I had an idea to maybe trace the pattern of the template onto cardboard using a glue gun or silicone or something similar.
If anyone knows if this is possible, and can point me in the direction of a tip/how to page, I would greatly appreciate it! :-)
