Wow, that sounds scary. Who's gonna call and confirm that the reservations are still holding?
Unless something drastically changes between now and then, I'm not going to be able to make it after all. I'm very disappointed. Wish I hadn't lost that job. Darnnit!

I saw the website & name change, but hadn't seen the part about reservations before mid-December. I'll see MC today and I'll pass this info along. It probably needs to be MC to call and make sure our reservations are still there. She's been the one made the initial contact, plus, she was able to get us all the discount.
We'll miss having you with us Melissa, but completely understand finances. We'll be having other RCS Meets, so there's always the next one!
This might come in twice as it didn't seem to show up the first time. I emailed the Barn over the weekend. They ask for 48 hours to reply, so I'm hoping to get an answer today. If not, I'll call them tomorrow morning. Since our dates are still blocked, I'm hoping that it is because there is no problem. I'll let you know what's up tomorrow afternoon.
I did put in a call to the Barn today, but had to leave a voice mail. I will try again tomorrow at a different time. Hang in there folks, we will get our answers shortly.
