A fun top

I've just finished making the top to a Christmas tree wall hanging. It was a pattern by Renae Merrill, and it was published in the current issue of American Quilter.

Tab top curtains

I'm going to make tab top curtains for the first time. I need suggestion on the length of the tab (please specify if this length is after you fold the tab into half or before) and spacing between tabs. The curtains are lined with block out fabric and are 7ft tall. So they are quite bulky.

top or bottom

There are some that answer posts by posting on top and others that wait and post at the bottom of previous posts. Personally, I prefer posting on top, leaving enough of the post being answered to tell what the answer is referring to.

quilt top pic

This is just the top without borders, and is actually still in 3 sections. Most people doing the mystery have already finished their quilt, I'm lagging behind. I'm happy just to be quilting again even if it takes a long time to finish something.

AZ Sunrise top

I think I showed you part of one of the projects from my trip to quilt camp this summer, but now I've finished the quilt top. It's a Lone Star variation, with NYB blocks filling all of the diamond shapes, designed by Deb Karasik.

Poufing quilt top!

Every ¼" of my red, white and blue quilt top for Soldier's Angels was cut and stitched as accurately as I could. The batting was steam pressed and permitted to relax until comfortable and flat. The backing is a fine one. It too was pressed, flat and dry. I pinned 3" apart.
