The good news is that I've lost a few more pounds and I'm using spare time to take up my pants and shirts so they will fit me better. It might not be much longer before I just have to go buy smaller sized clothes. That will be nice! I've already take most of them up 3 sizes! Hooray for me! Barbara in HOT 100 degree SC
