Hehehehehehehe! Got TWO parcels and a small package today... In order of appearance:
Parcel 1: replacement parts for my Magimix! Not I can prepare meals quickly while sewing, and not have the risk of the food exploding all over the sewing!
Small package: a lovely squishy of quilting fabric from a Treadle On correspondent. Treadlers are such nice folk!
Parcel 2: Books from Amazon - a Christmas money spend, this. Fat quarter Quilts by M'liss Rae Hawley - I have bundles of FQ's I need to use; The complete Serger Handbook by Chriss James - thanks to many who have recommended it over the months! I finally succumbed to the call; and finally, Claire Shaffer's Fabric Sewing Guide - the new updated edition with a forward by Nancy Zieman. I hadn't realized just how fat this was! Plenty of paper for the money! ;D
