pattern is too large for frame (2023 Update)

I have a Brother SE626. I often get a "The pattern is too large for the extra large embroidery frame" error.

I think I am within the00mm (4 in.) size at the far left corner of the 4" paper size, but I have been guessing as to where to put and what size to make the pattern. So far it has been a guessing game. How can I verify I have the pattern small enough and in the right area so I don't get that error?

If you are getting the error "The pattern is too large for the extra large embroidery frame" on your Brother SE626 machine, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check the Embroidery Area Size: Make sure that the design you are trying to stitch is within the maximum embroidery area size of your machine. You can refer to the owner's manual for your machine or check the manufacturer's website for the specifications.

Resize the Design: If your design is larger than the embroidery area, you can try resizing it in your embroidery software or on the machine's display screen. The exact method for resizing will vary depending on the software or machine you are using, so consult the manual for specific instructions.

Reposition the Design: If resizing the design doesn't work, try repositioning it within the embroidery frame. Some designs may be too large even when reduced in size, and will still require repositioning within the frame to fit properly.

Use a Smaller Embroidery Frame: If the design still won't fit, consider using a smaller embroidery frame. Most embroidery machines come with multiple frame sizes, and you may be able to find a frame that fits your design more easily.

Contact the Manufacturer: If you are still having trouble, contact the manufacturer for assistance. They may be able to provide further support or offer suggestions for resolving the issue.

Remember, taking the time to properly size and position your design can help ensure that you get the best possible results from your embroidery machine.
