book says program 1 then secondary 8 allows movement. If chosen, zigzag is set when I want to do straight stitch for piping. Program
0 then that second program of 8 does allow needle movement to left or right but then feeder foot ( feed dog) is disabled. I have only several frustrating hours with Pfaff - I'm a Bernina user.- posted
