The owls arrived safely, well packed, and wow, 9/12 to 9/21 all the way from Europe to the western U.S.A. Quick Shipping!

And by golly, they had a tiny owlet on the way here!

They are really darling and very well made. May I suggest you and your DH invest in a metal stamp with your Names/logo so you can mark them on the base?

For those who missed it, Claire and her husband create all sorts of gorgeous art using reconstituted marble. I collect birds of all kinds, so I ordered the "Small Tufted Owl" and the "Small Owl on a Rock"

Love the marble; I may check into the dolphin, since one DD loves dolphins and has a small collection of them, but no marble. Emily

The nice lady in the post office said she was sending the package as a letter so I expect that helped it fly faster. The uses of being in a village with a one person post office instead of large officialdom. Sometimes it's worth living in the country.

That's SOOOO true, Claire!!! I've thought so many times if I could just focus on one thing and only one thing, it would be fabulous. But then how would everything else get done???? LOL

I have to tell you, though, you do truly gorgeous work on everything you do!! So keep on being inefficient. lol
