Playing with holes!

I can open it in the digitizing software on my computer and increase or decrease by whatever percentage or fractions of inches I wish. The software will re-sized every part of a design with one edit command. I can also save it to the machine memory and re-size there if need be, but I would not be able to determine exactly what the result would be without doing a test stitch-out.

Oh, that might be really fun to play with, I could probably do that as well.

Agreed, not having to hoop the fabric is a huge advantage, and a sewn eyelet is infinitely better than a metal one.

But my machine takes care of all the motion, so once the project is hooped I don't have to touch it, except to remove the hoop to punch the hole after the initial centering part is sewn.

Swings and roundabouts, innit. :) I dare say it evens out in the end.
