do you know the sex of the twin babies? You could make some christmas stocking with their names on it, 1st christmas ornaments, baby quilts (different colors but same patterns)?

I have twins, made all crib covers,nappy holders curtains etc,anything for the nursery that was fabric that you would usually buy. I also bought 2nd hand furniture which kept the cost down and just repainted or re varnished, hope this helps a little and good luck karen R

I made the Roman Blind, a cot quilt and bumper, and later the duvet cover and pillowcases for my son, all stencilled with my own design of clown. We are just in the throws of replacing them, now that he's 9!
