is that the long wooden unit that Jerry used to sell? I have one, he showed me how to use it - there may be someting on our club's web site

- check tips section - it's pretty simple - you have the little plastic gauge, right?

but jerry's rig is actually easier to use because you have less dramatic motion of the tool handle - because the "arm" of the jig is longer - I have a tormek and the glaser thingie, and I use the tormek for 1/4 and 3/8 gouges only and then only the short ones, for a full sized 3/8 and above, I use the glaser setup
