LDD - What's it all about???

There may be a down side to LDD. I just got a tub and dumped in 4 gal of dish soap and 4 gal of water. Unusual for me I thought a head and built a platform with wheels to roll it around the garadge. Got some olive soaking,,, oh I am sorry the down side, yes. Well I went into the house and the wife asked " how come I can mess with dish soap all morning, but cant find the time to put a little in the kitchen sink and do the dishes?" See you are better off just staying in the shop. *G*

There is a simple workaround for situations such as that. First do the dishes in a 1:1 ratio of LDD/water and then put pieces of wood that you want to turn into the sink and tell her, if she asks why, that you hated to waste the LDD. Make sure you arrange a draining station for the pieces on the counter or in the second sink compartment if you have one. When drained, make sure you walk through the house with one or two of them dribbling LDD. Tell her not to worry about the dishes tonight as you'll take care of them after dinner! It shouldn't take more than one or two such displays of husbandly thoughtfulness in the face of wifely sarcasm to convince her to recognize that women's hands were shaped for kitchen work! *G*
