You're referring to Woodturning Design Magazine, I think. Here's a note cut from another board, from the mag's editor, that explains what's going on:
On behalf of All American Crafts and Woodturning Design, I would like to apologize to anyone who has had a problem with the receipt of the first issue of the new turning magazine. We are aware of the problem and we think we have it solved and are offering a workable solution to folks.
The problem was with the fulfillment company that we hired to process subscriptions and to mail out the copies to subscribers. There was some kind of problem with the labels getting done on time on their end, people called and they weren't given the correct information and, in some cases, weren't treated as cordially as they should have been. That problem has been addressed!
New labels have been prepared and the remainder of the subscriptions yet to be processed will be sent out first class mail instead of regular periodical rate. Folks SHOULD have their copies no later than the 12th of March.
New subscribers should contact the publisher either by email to snipped-for-privacy@allamericancrafts.com with all pertinent info or they can call
973-383-8080, ext. 111. Info will be taken and the first issue will be mailed out first class from the office immediately.
Anyone still having problems after, let's say the 15th of March should contact the above address or myself at snipped-for-privacy@woodturningdesign.com and the problem will be resolved immediately.
Again, I apologize to anyone who was affected by this problem.
Regards,
Joe Herrmann, Editor
